Terms of Service

1. The service

OAG provides automated technical audits of software repositories against published compliance frameworks. It produces technical findings and cryptographic evidence.

2. Not legal advice — read this

OAG reports are not legal advice and do not constitute a regulatory certification or approval. They are technical inputs for your own legal and compliance professionals. No regulator has endorsed this service, and a report does not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome. You remain solely responsible for your organisation's compliance.

3. Acceptable use

You may only submit repositories you own or are authorised to audit. You are responsible for ensuring your submission complies with your own confidentiality, licensing and data-protection obligations. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or submit malicious content.

4. Your code, our promise

We process submitted repositories solely to produce your audit. We do not retain source code beyond job completion and do not use it for training. See our Privacy Policy and Security pages.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits reset each billing period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice; existing billing periods are unaffected.

6. Warranties — limited

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that audits are error-free, complete, or sufficient for any regulatory purpose. Automated analysis has inherent limits; findings are probabilistic technical assessments.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, regulatory fines, or business interruption.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use and closing your account; we may terminate for material breach.
